  NECK LUMPS

  Today is October 4th 2015. I live in Kelapa Gading, near GADING PLUIT Hospital but I haven't had the time to go to the hospital for consultation. I have a lump on the neck area, not sure whether it is lymph gland or no. The lump is not really visible, however you can feel it and the size is quite big, located on the throat. Sometimes my throat feels a burning sensation but my tonsil is normal. My gum started to swell and there is also sprue, it has been 4 days but there is no sign of recovery yet. There is also a small lump inside my mouth in the lower area, right under the tongue. It's not visible but I can touch it with my tongue. There is no pain, fever, difficulties of swallowing and I can still chew very well. Can you help to diagnose my symptoms?

  SEVERE HEADACHE

  Dear Doctor,
  

  I have been having dizziness in the left rear of my head, followed by stiff shoulder and nausea. In certain conditions, vomitting also occur. I cannot do any activities if it happens and can only sit on my bed, because the dizziness is worse when I lie down. I have done MRI and there is not clotting. Please advice.
