Dear Doctor,

I have been having dizziness in the left rear of my head, followed by stiff shoulder and nausea. In certain conditions, vomitting also occur. I cannot do any activities if it happens and can only sit on my bed, because the dizziness is worse when I lie down. I have done MRI and there is not clotting. Please advice.

Dizziness / headache is a very common symptoms. The causes may vary, however looking at your descriptions, the possibility of your headache is from the nape and shoulder muscles. Muscle stretching exercises are needed accompanied by muscles relaxants.
