Before inserting the implant, you should consult with dr. Andrie Ronggani, Sp.OG.
The schedule as below: 

We have registered you with dr. Andrie Ronggani, Sp.OG for Wednesday, October 23^rd, 2019 at 3.00 - 5.00 pm.
Please come and re-register at our Policlinic at 2^nd floor. The number queue is given at the time you come to Policlinic 2^nd floor.
Our Policlinic officer will contact you if theres a change of practice schedule.
