Doc, I have a question. Yesterday morning after I woke up I went to the toilet to pee. Suddenly, my heart was beating very fast followed by dark vision and lose of balance, I almost fell. I felt nauseated. When my vision and balance returned to normal, I got cold sweat. May I know what are these symptoms and to which doctor I should go to? Thank you.

There is a possibility that you have Ortostatic Hypotension (change of normal blood pressure due to change of position). I suggest that you consult with a Cardiologist. Hope this information helps.
